ORAL ORDER
This matter was placed before the In-charge Court
yesterday on 20.08.2020. The plaintiff and the Power of Attorney
holder of the defendant Nos.1 and 3 filed Consent Terms that they have
amicably settled their dispute out of the Court and they have consented
to pass decree in terms of the consent terms. The copy of Power of
Attorney of the defendant Nos.1 and 3 and the Resolution passed by the
defendant No.1 were produced on record. The In-charge Court has
fixed the matter today for further order.
2 The plaintiff, the Power of Attorney holder of the defendant
No.1 and 3 and their advocates are present. They admit the contents of

the Consent Terms at Exh.10 and identified their signatures thereon.
They are also identified by their respective advocates. The names of
rest of the defendants have deleted by the plaintiff vide pursis (Exh.9)
contending that the plaintiff has abandoned his claims against those
defendants. Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
1. The Consent Terms (Exh.10) are verified and taken on record.
2. The suit against the defendant No.2 and the defendant Nos.4 to 8
is disposed of, in view of Exhibit-9, as the claim against them is
abandoned by the plaintiff.
3 In view of the Consent Terms (Exhibit-10), a consent decree be
drawn and the Consent Terms (Exhibit-10) shall form the part of the
decree.
4 All the interim orders passed in the suit shall stand vacated.
5 In the circumstances, no order as to cost.
6. Suit is disposed of, as compromised.
