Even though there will be common question of law, the facts are different and they have to file separate suits. Hence, plaintiffs are liberty to bring separate suits in accordance with law.
Plaint is rejected under order 7 rule 11 of CPC . In view of therefore draft N/M disposed off. It be registered for statistical purpose.
