In the pursis Exh.6 the plaintiff\''s advocate noted that the plaintiff is withdrawing the suit unconditionally. The director of the plaintiff namely Dinesh Maheshwari has instructed the advocate to withdraw the suit unconditionally. It appears that the matter has been settled between the parties. The details of the cheque are mentioned in the pursis Exh.6. Since the suit is unconditionally withdrawn, it has to be disposed.
