subsequent facts of demolition of suit premises on record. The issues
are yet to be framed. The amendment sought would not change the
nature of the suit. The defendant corporation would get an opportunity
to context the pleadings by filing additional Written Statement.
In order to avoid multiplicity of the proceedings, the amendment

In the result, following order is passed.
