Advocate Shri. V.K. Sharma for the plaintiff present
before the Court. The plaintiff filed an application at Exh.22 for
withdrawal of the suit. The plaintiff bank by sending letter to
their Advocate instructed to withdraw the suit. The letter of
bank annexed along with application Exh.22. In view of order
passed on Exh.22, the plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit
unconditionally. Hence, the suit needs to be disposed off, as
withdrawn. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order :
ORDER
1. Commercial Suit No. 416 of 2020 is disposed off as
withdrawn.
