1. Notice of Motion No. 4102/2019 is allowed as under-
i) Plaintiff Billaluddin Hirakhan Chouhan is to be detained in a civil prison for a terms of two months.
ii) Issue arrest warrant to the plaintiff.
2) Notice of Motion No. 4102/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
Advocate Ms. Vaibhavi Pawar for plaintiff filed an application at Exh.26 for stay of the operation of the order.
Advocate for plaintiff submitted that plaintiff wants to challenge the order before Hon\''ble High Court and requested to grant stay for the period of six weeks.
