the name of proposed defendant as per schedule A. The adv.
for proposed defendant submitted that he has no objection for
the said correction. None present for defendant. Reply of
defendant filed is on record by which the defendant no.05
objecting the Chamber Summons on various grounds.
Considering the reasons in the application, I am of the view
that no prejudice will be caused to the otherside if Chamber
Summons is allowed. Hence, Chamber Summons
no.1929/2019 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and
(c). Plaintiff to carry out amendment. Chamber Summons
no.1929/2019 is disposed off, accordingly.
