Perusing record, it appears that the suit is pending for dismissal since 03.08.2022. Thereafter, the matter is adjourned to 29.08.2022 and 22.09.2022. Today also plaintiff is absent for recording of evidence. The Ld. Advocate appeared on behalf of plaintiff submitted that the RPAD letter issued by plaintiff and submitted that the plaintiff left the address. It is the duty of the plaintiff to supply the address, but failed to provide the address. It appears that the sufficient efforts had been taken by the Plaintiff\''s Advocate but the plaintiff is not traceable. She also remained absent for hearing. Hence, plaintiff suit is dismissed for want of prosecution.
