defendant no.1, as party defendant in the suit.
It was opposed by the defendant nos.1 to 4, but now the
learned advocate for the defendant nos.1 to 4 records no objection for
said implement. Hence, the following order:

Chamber Summons No.1926 of 2019 is allowed.

2 The plaintiff to implead the name of the Senior Divisional
Manager of defendant no.1, as party defendant in the suit by carrying
