Perused the application, say of the applicant in chs. no. 312/2021 and record. Heard arguments of ld. Advocate for plaintiff and ld. Advocate for applicant in chs. no. 312/2021. From the matter on record, it appears that, date of order in chs no. 408/2020 is 12/11/2020 and inadvertently in para no. 3,5 and 6 the said date of order in chs. no. 408 of 2020 is written as 11/11/2023. Moreover, from the order in chs. no. 312 of 2021 it appears that, in para no. 6 in 2nd and 4th line of the bottom and in para no. 7 in 9th line the inadvertently the word plaintiff is typed instead of word applicant. The above mistake appears to be arising out of accidental slip and typographical only. Therefore, as per Section 142 of CPC it will be appropriate to correct the above errors arising out of  accidental slip.
Hence , the following order.
                       ORDER
1) Application Exh. 21 is allowed.
2) The date of order in chamber summons no. 408 of 2020, mentioned in para nos. 3, 5 and 6 of the  order in chs. no. 312/2021 be corrected as 12/11/2020 and in order in chs. no. 312 of 2021  in para no. 6 in 2nd and 4th line from the bottom and in para no. 7 in 9th line the word plaintiff mentioned therein be replaced by the word applicant.
