By this application, the plaintiff has prayed for permission
to withdraw the suit.
2. It is the submitted by the plaintiff that due to settlement
between the parties, the plaintiff do not want to proceed with the suit.
Hence, the plaintiff prayed for permission to withdraw the suit. In view
of said submission, the permission is required to be granted to the
plaintiff to withdraw the suit unconditionally. In the result, I pass the
following order.
ORDER
1. Application (Exh.07) is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is allowed to withdraw the suit unconditionally.
3. I proceed to pass order below Exh.01
