evidence. The plaintiff had tendered his evidence but he do not enter
the witness box as evidence was closed. The matter now posted for
evidence of defendant corporation.
Considering the fact that the plaintiff could not lead evidence and
could not over the crossexamination by the defendant as the evidence
was closed.

In the interest of justice the plaintiff needs to be permitted to lead
evidence. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
