Summary Suit No.1083 of 2019 is hereby decreed with the costs.

The defendant shall pay an amount of Rs.2,17,556.16/-( Two Lakh Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Six Rupees and Sixteen Paise) to the plaintiff.
