ORDER ON CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.1909 OF 2019 This Chamber Summons is taken out by
applicant Keshav Purushottam Singh for impleading him as the Plaintiff no.4 in the suit and for
directions to Plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint. Applicant has filed his
affidavit in support of Chamber Summons contending that Plaintiffs are sons of applicant and
originally the suit property was used, occupied and possessed by applicant and subsequently the
same is transferred in favour of his son. It is pointed out that Defendants have filed another suit
against several other Defendants including applicant and he is contesting said suit. It is alleged that
Defendants have made several allegations against applicant and his property. However, being
original owner there is every possibility that Plaintiffs of this suit and Defendants may take
disadvantage of absence of applicant in this suit as well as in other connected suit. Therefore,
according to applicant he is necessary to be impleaded as Plaintiff no.4 in the suit. Plaintiffs
advocate gave no objection to allow the Chamber Summons hence, I proceed to pass following
order- ORDER 1. Chamber Summons no.1909 of 2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause
(a). 2. Plaintiffs are directed to carry out proposed amendment in the plaint within stipulated time
provided by law. Case is adjourned to fixed date for Compliance.
