Read the order dated 26.07.2022, the plaintiff was directed to correct the valuation of the suit and to pay necessary Court fees thereon within four weeks. It is contended that on 30.08.2022 the advocate for the plaintiff got heart attack and therefore no communication was held between the advocate and the plaintiff. It is further contended that the doctor suggested by pass surgery and due to this medical urgency the plaintiffs advocate was unable to take steps in respect of said order. Considering the reason stated and also considering the spirit of order dated 26.07.2022 suit is adjourned for necessary orders which will be passed on the next date.
