adjournment T.O.R marked as Exh. 5. the adv. for the
defendant opposed same by filling reply. Heard. Read the
roznma dtd 26.07.2022 it was specifically directed to the
plaintiff to pay the necessary court fees within four weeks
failing which plaint shall stands rejected. Inspite of this fact
the plaintiff has availed sufficient opportunity. The ground
stated is not reasonable hence application Exh.5 is rejected.

Read the order dated 26.07.2022, the plaintiff was directed
to correct the valuation of the suit and to pay necessary
Court fees thereon within four weeks from 26.07.2022,
failing which the plaint shall stand rejected under Order-7,
Rule-11. Inspite of this opportunity before rejection of
plaint, the plaintiff failed to comply with the order. Hence,
as per the order dated 26.07.2022, plaint is rejected. Suit is
taken of from the file as plaint rejected.
