ORDER BELOW EXH.1 This matter filed by plaintiff for direction to provide transit accommodation/rent and for allotment of permanent alternate accommodation. Matter proceeded without written statement. Since 17.10.2025, matter is adjourned for recording evidence. Despite sufficient opportunity, plaintiff failed to adduce evidence. Hence, vide roznama dated 16.03.2026 matter posted for dismissal order. On next date, adjournment application was filed which was rejected. However, matter was not dismissed. Thereafter matter posted for dismissal on 01.08.2026 and 28.08.2026. Despite that, plaintiff not filed evidence affidavit. It shows that, plaintiff is not bonafide wants to proceed with the matter. On the contrary, it appears that, plaintiff has lost the interest in the suit. Matter is occupying place in daily cause list without any progress. In this scenario, to keep this matter pending without any progress for unending period will not serve the purpose. On the contrary, it would be abuse of process of law. Even today though matter kept back till 01.00 p.m., none present for plaintiff. Hence, I am constrained to pass following order; ORDER 1. Suit No.2929/2019 is dismissed for want of prosecution. 2.
