The present Chamber Summons is filed by the plaintiff for substituting its authorized officer Mr. Aadesh Konde and for bringing on record the newly appointed authorized officer namely Mr. Amit Kumar Bharti, Senior Manager.   The copy of Authority Letter dt. 21.03.2024 has been filed along with Chamber Summons. It is further prayed that plaintiff be permitted to amend the name of plaintiff corporation bank and substitute it with the name Union Bank of India. In my opinion, if the proposed amendment is allowed then there will be no change in the nature of suit hence, the name of the newly appointed authorized officer needs to be taken on record to represent the plaintiff bank in the suit proceedings and also allow the plaintiff to change the name of plaintiff bank due to merger of erstwhile Corporation Bank into Union Bank of India.
Therefore, following order is passed.
1)	Chamber Summons No. 677 of 2024 is hereby allowed.
2)      The plaintiff is permitted to amend the plaint as per the Schedule annexed to the present Ch/S and is also hereby permitted to carry out further consequential amendments within a period of 14 days from today.
3)      Fresh  verification of amended plaint is dispensed with.

The present matter is reflected on today board at sr. no. 9. Perused the record and proceeding and specially roznama.  It appears that initially the matter was prolonged on the ground of removal of objections.
