Adv. Shehzad Naqvi for Plaintiff is present. He tendered copy of death certificate of
deceased defendant no. 6. TOR he also filed application for expeditious hearing of
NM and suit. TOR None for defendant is present. By this Ch/S NO. 1879/2019 the
plaintiff has prayed to bring on record legal representatives of deceased defendant no.
6 on record and for addition of paragraph 2a in the plaint along with consequential
amendment including interlocutory proceeding. On perusal of record, from the copy
of death certificate of defendant no. 6, it appears that she died on 12/06/2019. Earlier,
Ch/S NO. 1719/2019 was filed by plaintiff for brining legal representatives of
deceased defendant no. 6 on record. The same has been withdrawn vide application
Exh. 9. Defendant no. 1 to 7 has given no objection for grant of present Ch/S.
Therefore, in order to bring legal representatives of deceased defendant no. 6 on
record, Ch/S No. 1879/2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (a). The
plaintiff is directed to make the compliance of the order within 14 days and serve the
copy of amended plaint to the defendants. Accordingly Ch/S No. 1879/2019 is
disposed off.
