FRSR Judgment Exh-14 pronounce and following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendants pay Rs.2,48,920.54/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Forty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty and Fifty Four paise Only) to the plaintiff and with interest on principle amount of Rs.2,00,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
