1.The Notice of Motion No.3870 of 2019 is hereby partly allowed in following manner-
(i)The defendant Nos.1,2 and 3 are directed to pay the default amount of Rs.2,28,000/- being royalty amount for the months of August and September 2019 to plaintiffs, within 2 months from the date of this order, failing which it shall carry an interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum.
(ii)It is made clear that the defendant Nos.1,2 and 3 shall continue to pay the royalty amounts for further months on its due dates, without any default.
2.No order as to cost.
3.Notice of Motion No.3870 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly.
