O R D E R
On last date the petitioners have appeared with their
Advocate. Mr. Harinandran the representative of ICSW, was also
present during interaction with the petitioners. It was found that they
were very much eager to adopt the child. The child is apparently
attached to the petitioners.
2. Perusal of documents on record, including the
representation by Mr. Harinandran reveals that the financial, mental
and physical capacity of the petitioners is good enough to adopt the
child and to take care of it in future. On last date the petitioners have
undertaken to invest some amount in the name of child and to submit
the receipt of investment. Today Advocate Ms. Leena Nichani for
petitioners had submitted on record the receipt of LIC revealing that an
amount of Rs.1,10,850/ is invested in the name of child. It is taken on
record.
3. The documents on record reveal that the child is declared
free for adoption. The child as well as petitioners are not suffering from
any chronic ailment and are well attached. In the circumstances this is
a fit case to allow the petition. Hence, following order:

1. The Misc. Adoption Petition No. 228/2019 is allowed.
2. Issue adoption order in prescribed format.
