1 The plaintiff alongwith his advocate is absent though called
repeatedly. Recorded Roznama of the suit shows that the plaintiff is
absent since long. Neither he appeared nor taken steps to proceed
further. Issues are framed on 15/10//2020. Since then, the matter is
fixed for recording the evidence of the plaintiff. However, neither the
plaintiff appeared nor recorded his evidence. In such circumstances, it
is just to dismiss the suit for want of prosecution and default in
proceeding with the suit. Hence, following order.
