On 31.08.2023, the plaintiff came to know about the Legal Heirs of the deceased defendant No.6. Hence, taken out the present Ch/s., for bringing them on record, which is well within the period of 90 days. Defendant Nos.1 to 4 by filling reply on the overleap of the Ch/s., asked to pass necessary order. As, defendants have no objection and the application is in within limitation, hence, it needs to be allowed. Therefore, the following order -
