For reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs Only) to the plaintiff and he shall also pay interest to the plaintiff on principal amount of Rs.5,00,000/- at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of decree of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
