ORDER
Plaintiff, defendants and respective advocates are present.
Parties filed consent terms. It is signed by plaintiff, defendant and
advocate for plaintiff and defendant. Both parties agreed contents of
consent terms to be true and correct and admitted their signature on
it. Hence, Exh.36 is verified, read and recorded. Suit is disposed of
on the basis of consent terms Exh.36. Interim application, if any also
stands disposed of. Court fees be refunded as per rules subject to
stage of proceeding. Consent Decree be drawn up accordingly and
Exh.36 shall form part of that consent decree. No order as to costs.
Suit is disposed of as compromised. Proceeding is closed.
