The plaintiff made a statement before the court that he wants to withdraw the suit unconditionally. The ld Advocate appearing for the plaintiff identify the plaintiff and submits that the plaintiff may allow to withdraw the suit unconditionally. The Ld Counsel for the defendants raises no objection for such withdrawal. As the plaintiff by pursis Exh.30 wants withdraw of the suit by abandoning his claim in the suit against the defendant, the plaintiff is allowed to withdraw this suit as per Order 23 Rule 1 (1) of CPC.
