Judgment vide Exh-12 is pronounced and following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,73,967.12/- (Rs. One Lakh Seventy Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Seven and Twelve Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
