ORDER
This is a Chamber Summons is taken out by the plaintiff for
amendment in plaint.
2. Perused the Chamber Summons. Heard both the advocates for
the plaintiff at the length.
3. It is contended by plaintiff as a result of Composite Scheme of
Arrangement the name of the plaintiff company is changed as Refinitiv
India Private Limited. Therefore plaintiff want to cause amendment in
the plaint in respect of the name of the plaintiff company by way of
amendment.
4. If the nature of amendment is looked into it is in respect of
change in the name of the plaintiff company and name of the plaintiff

company in the plaint . The proposed amendment will not change the
nature of the suit in any way.
4. In these background, in this background this Chamber Summons
is deserves to be allowed by permitting plaintiff to carry proposed
amendment as prayed. Hence, the order. :
ORDER
1. The Chamber Summons No.1804 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry necessary amendment as per the
schedule with in 14 days from the date of the order.
3. The Chamber Summons No. 1804 of 2019 is disposed
off.
