1. Heard Learned Advocate for the plaintiff and Learned Advocate
for the defendant corporation.
2. The plaintiff by this notice of motion seeks to file additional
affidavit of evidence alongwith list of documents.
The plaintiff contended that the defendant corporation had filed
list of documents on 09.08.2019. The plaintiff therefore had sought to
counter the documents relied by the defendant corporation.
3. The reply is not filed by the defendant corporation to the notice
of motion.

Additional affidavit would not change the nature of the evidence
tendered early. The defendant on the other hand will also get an
opportunity to crossexamination.
In the interest of justice, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The Notice of Motion No. 3774/2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is permitted to tender additional affidavit of evidence.
3. The Notice of Motion stands disposed off accordingly.
