1.See consent terms Exhibit-03 sent to this court with mediation report below Exh.02 by the Mediator. It transpires that the matter is settled between the parties before the Mediator and the consent terms vide Exh. 03 are produced and approved before the Mediator. The Advocate for plaintiff prayed for passing consent decree in terms of the settlement.
