1.     Suit is decreed with costs.
2.    Defendant shall pay an amount of Rs.3,83,273.97/-  (Rupees Three Lacs, Eighty Three Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy Three and Ninety Seven Paise only) alongwith interest @ 18 percent p.a. on the principal outstanding amount of Rs.2,50,000/- to plaintiff from the date of the suit till it\''s realization within two months.
