Perused Ch/s which is supported by an affidavit.  It is submitted that plaintiff no.1(a) Smt.Jayshree Janardhan Joshi has expired on 15.05.2018 and copy of death certificate is filed along with the affidavit.  It is further submitted that the Legal heirs of deceased plaintiff no.1(a) are already on record(para no.3 of the affidavit in support).  This chamber summons is for deletion of the name of deceased plaintiff no.1(a).  Hence I pass the following order.
ORDER
1 Chamber summons No.1460/2018 is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2 The plaintiff to carry out the amendment within one week and shall supply the copy of amended plaint upon the defendants within one week thereafter.
3 Chamber summons is disposed of accordingly.
