It appears that mistake has occurred in mentioning date as 28/03/2002 in schedule clause “vii” of the proposed amendment. Having gone through the record, I found substance in the argument of adv. for the plaintiff that said date ought to have been mentioned as 28/03/1992. Since it appears to be a typographical mistake, plaintiff is permitted to replace the date appearing as 28th March, 2002 to 28th March, 1992 in last line of clause “vii” of the schedule on page number 8.
