Order - Read application, reply filed. On perusal of rozanama,  it is appearing that there was continuation of earlier order on N/M till 19/10/2019.  It further appears that on 17/12/2019, the earlier order is not continued.  There is no comment as to why the earlier order is not continued on 17/12/2019 in the rozanama dated 17/12/2019.  Neither there are any directions with respect to the main N/M in said rozanama.  Therefore it appears that inadvertently the EOC is not continued on 17/12/2019.  The objections of Ld. Counsel for BMC are with respect to the merits of the N/M.  There are no submissions that on 17/12/2019, the earlier order which existed till 17/12/2019 was not intended to be continued further by my predecessor-in-office.  As there was EOC continuing till 17/12/2019, without hearing the N/M, same cannot be discontinued. Therefore fresh order is passed today for continuation of the earlier order with directions to plaintiff to get decided their N/M within 2 months failing which todays order shall stand vacated.  There will be no further continuation of EOC after 2 months from today in this matter.
