3. The documents in question is license of the Shop and
Establishment and is required for conducting day to day business of the
plaintiff. Hence, it needs to be returned as prayed. So the following
order is passed:-
ORDER
1. Application Exh.27 is hereby allowed.
2. The original document be retruned on furnishing verified photocopy
of the same with the undertaking that it will be produced by the
plaintiff as and when required by this Court.
3. Application Exh.27 is stands disposed off accordingly.
4. No order as to costs.
