For reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.4,00,000/- (Rs. Four Lakhs Only) to the plaintiff and defendants shall also pay with interest on principal amount of Rs.4,00,000/- at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of decree of the suit till its realization.
