ORAL ORDER
1. The Chamber Summons is filed by applicant to bring on
record the legal representative of deceased applicant in the
chamber summons. The chamber summons is supported by
affidavit of A.R. Shah. The additional affidavit of Mr. Abhay R.
Shah is filed stating that the will dated 25th March 2009 is
probated on 4th May, 2019. The copy of probate is annexed to the
affidavit. The legal representatives are the executors of the Will.
Hence, prayed to allow the chamber summons.

2. The plaintiff has consented for the prayer in the chamber
summons. They have no objection to bring on record the legal
representative of deceased applicant. Hence, pass the following
order :
ORDER
1. The prayer (a) and (b) of chamber summons is
made absolute.
2. The applicants are directed to carry out
amendment within limitation in chamber summons
No. 676 of 2016 within limitation.
3. Accordingly, the chamber summons is disposed of.
