defendant MCGM present. F.R.S.R. following order is
passed on NM No. 3015/2019 ORDER 1. The Notice of
Motion No. 3015/2019 is disposed off. 2 It is the
corporation only which can look into the say and the
documents and pass an order on the notice. In order to
provide opportunity to the plaintiff to put-forth his case. It
would be appropriate to permit the plaintiff to approach the
defendant corporation and submit his say and documents to
the notice. 3. It would be appropriate to direct the plaintiff
to approach the defendant corporation within 7 days from
today with the all the relevant documents. The defendant
corporation to consider the documents thereafter pass
speaking order within two weeks thereafter. In case of any
adverse order against plaintiff no coercive be taken for
period of seven days from date of the order. 4. The interest
of the corporation can be secured by directing the plaintiff
to pay cost of Rs. 20,000/- Cost to be deposited with the
corporation within seven days from date of order. It would
be at the discretion of the corporation to given personal
hearing to the plaintiff. In the light of the above directions,
Suit No. 2218/2019, Notice of Motion No. 3015/2019 and
Chamber Summons No. 1777/2019 can be disposed off.
