It is contended by the plaintiff tha tthe earlier Power of Attorney did not want to continue and attend the Court. The plaintiff himself is suffering from Cancer. Therefore, wish to appoint another Constituted Power of Attorney holder. 3. The Chamber Summons is not seriously opposed by the defendant. I have perused the reasons. The evidence yet to begin. In view of the aforesaid situation that the earlier -- 1 of 3 -- Chamber Summons 1772-19 In Suit No. 3960 of 2009 2 Date 07.10..2019 Constituted Power of Attorney did not wish to attend the Court. The present Power of Attorney can be allowed. Hence, Chamber Summons is allowed. Thus, I proceed to pass the following order : ORDER 1.
