that yesterday applicant appointed him as an advocate so today he
appeared but record is not available with him and for that requested for
short adjournment of one week.
Advocate for Defendant No.2 filed say on Ch/s No. 65/2021 and
argued on Chamber summons.
Advocate for plaintiff also argued on Chamber summons and
submitted that plaintiff has no objection for relief claimed as per
Chamber summons.
Advocate for MCGM argued on pending Ch/s and raised objection for
relief claimed as per Ch/s No. 65/2021.
As regards to Notice of motion No. 3660/2019 filed by defendant No.
2, advocate for defendant No. 2, submitted in writing on Notice of
Motion No. 3660/2019 itself that the since court is inclined to hear the
main notice of motion filed by plaintiff finally, defendant No. 2 is not
pressing his pending notice of motion.
Considering all above aspect advocate for plaintiff asked short
adjournment for argument on pending plaintiffs Notice of motion.
Except Advocate for D-2 no other side raised objection for short
adjournment. Considering all above progress in the matter, short
adjournment is granted with direction to the plaintiff to argue on his
Notice of Motion on next date without fail.
Earlier order, if any, to continue, till next date.
Matter is adjd to 04.12.2025 for NM hearing.
