ORAL ORDER
1) The chamber summons is filed by the applicants,
the legal heirs of plaintiff No. 1 to implead them as legal
heirs of plaintiff No. 1. The applicant Bimal Vora filed
affidavit in support of the chamber summons. He on oath
stated that the suit is filed for recovery of Rs. 26,32,393/
from defendant. The applicant on oath stated that he and
applicant No. 1(b) and (c) are legal heirs of deceased.
2) The applicant has filed death certificate of
deceased plaintiff No. 1. she expired on 31.07.2019. The
application is filed within limitation. Therefore not necessary
to call the reply of the defendant. Considering the nature of

the suit the legal heirs of deceased plaintiff No. 1 are entitled
to contest the suit. Hence pass following order.
ORDER
1. The Chamber summons is made
absolute in terms of prayer (a).
2. The plaintiff/applicants to carryout
necessary amendment within the
period of limitation.
3. Chamber summons be registered
for statistical purpose.
4. Accordingly Chamber summons be
disposed of.
