the proposed amendment formal in nature, it is taken
up for hearing and passing of orders. Order below
CH/S no. 1759/19 Perused the Chamber Summons
which is supported by an affidavit. The main suit is for
recovery of an amount. It is submitted that vide
application dtd. 07.12.2015, the Registrar of
Companies on 11.12.2015 has certified that the name
of the company has been changed from TECNIMONT
ICB PRIVATE LIMITED to TECNLMONT PRIVATE
LIMITED , the copy of which is filed on record. As the
certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name
has been issued by Registrar of Companies, the
proposed amendment is necessary for continuation of
the suit. Hence, I pass the following order- ORDER
Chamber Summons No. 1759/19 is allowed and made
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The plaintiff to
carry out amendment within fourteen days and served
the copy of amended plaint upon the defendants.
Chamber Summons No. 1759/19 is disposed of
accordingly.
