JUDGMENT
1. Petitioner Mrs. P. Kamalam Perumal is the grand mother of minor
kumari. A. Prakashi, aged 7 years. The father of minor namely
Ashokkumar expired on 20/6/2012 and her mother Sagunthaladevi
expired on 5/3/2012. Their death certificates are filed on record.
There are no other nearest relatives to take care of minor Prakashi.
Applicant is the only person to take her care. Public notice was issued
in two new papers calling upon the objection from the public to this

petition. Those are at Exh.4 & 5. But non appeared to object this
petition. Applicant has filed on record her affidavit in lieu of evidence.
Her interest is not against the minor. Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Guardian Petition No.283/2019 is allowed.
2. Petitioner Mrs. P. Kamalam Perumal is appointed as a
legal guardian of minor A. Prakashi, aged 7 years, for her
welfare and interest, till she attain the age of majority.
3. Guardian Petition No.283/2019 stand disposed of
accordingly.
