Chamber summons No. 1752/2019 is allowed. 2. The
plaintiff shall defendants No. 4 to 13. 3. The plaintiff shall
add proposed respondents as defendant. 4. Consequential
amendment in the plaint is also allowed. 5. the defendants
be renumbered appropriately as earlier defendant No. 1 Tata
Electric Company is also deleted. 6. In view of the statement
by Advocate for defendant No. 4 to 13 and respondents No.
1 to 6, they are directed to deposit an amount of
RS.6,99,620.71/- along with accrued interest in the Court
within a period of 8 weeks from today. 7. On depositing of
said amount in the Court, the office shall invest it according
to rules. 8. The plaintiff shall carry out the amendment
within 8 weeks from today. 9. Chamber summons No.
1752/2019 is disposed of accordingly. The case is adjourned
to 30.03.2021 at 2.45pm for compliance.
