For reason separately recorded following order is passed
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,75,298.63/- (Rs. One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Eight and Sixty Three Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
