                                  ORDER
1.    The Draft  Notice of Motion is allowed.
2.   The plaintiff to approach the defendant corporation on 07th
October, 2019 with documents and additional reply if any in
response to the notice issued under Section 351 of the MMC
Act.
3.   The defendant  corporation to consider the additional reply
and documents and pass speaking order within three weeks
from 07.10.2019.
4.    In case of any adverse order against plaintiff, the plaintiff
will be protected for 10 days from the date of order.
5.    It   would   be   at   the   discretion   of the defendant /
corporation to give personal hearing of the plaintiff.
6.  The plaintiff is directed to deposit the cost of Rs. 15,000/
to the defendant corporation.  The corporation to use the cost
for the betterment of women and children.
