ORDER
The plaintiff through its authorised signatory Yogesh Gadkari and the Ld. Advocate Padmaja Dholakia had filed application, Exh.5 for withdrawal of the suit. The resolution of the board dated 30.08.2019 alongwith the affidavit, Exh.6 is also filed today.
It is submitted in the application that the dispute between the plaintiff and defendant is settled. The Ld.Adv. for the defendant has endorsed his no objection for withdrawal of suit.
