1 The plaintiff alongwith her advocate is absent though
called repeatedly. Recorded Roznama of the suit shows that the
plaintiff is absent since long. Neither she appeared nor taken steps
to proceed further. Issues are framed on 23/10/2020. Since then,
the matter is fixed for recording the evidence of the plaintiff.

However, neither the plaintiff appeared nor recorded her evidence.
In such circumstances, it is just to dismiss the suit for want of
prosecution and default in proceeding with the suit. Hence,

2 Proceedings is closed.
3 Notice of Motion No.3621 of 2019 is disposed off
accordingly.
