Matter is pending since 4 years. Despite of that notice was issued to
the plaintiff on Court Motion as per Order dtd. 10.03.2023.
Thereafter, also plaintiff failed to appear and take steps. Hence,
present matter bearing ST No. 10486/2019 along-with NM Nos.
4095/2019, 4230/2019 and 44/2020 stands dismissed in default.
Hence, the suit be registered for statistical purpose.
